How do I place an online order?

Can I amend my order once its placed?
We aim to pick, pack and send off your orders as quickly as possible so in some cases, we may not be able to make any changes. Although, you are still welcome to contact us, and we may be able to help you. Contact us by email at shop@cambridge.co.uk . Please include your order number in any communication. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01223 566500. Our phone line is monitored Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation for my click and collect
Once you have placed your order for click and collect, you should receive an email confirmation. Additionally, you should later receive an email confirming that it is ready to collect once it has reached your chosen destination. However, if you do not receive these emails, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. Contact us by email at shop@cambridge.co.uk . I have received a faulty item
We are sorry to hear this! If you find that your item is faulty, please contact us either by telephone, email or in-store and we will have this resolved as quickly as possible. When taking your item in-store, you will need to bring the original delivery note with you. When contacting us through email, ensure that you include your order number in all communication.
