How do I place an online order?

Once you have found the product(s) you would like, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the correct colour/size of the product you would like and select ‘Add to Basket’. You will now be given the option to continue shopping or to checkout.
  2. Once you have added all your desired products, select ‘Checkout’. If you would like to add your season ticket discount, this option is provided later in the process.
  3. You will then be asked to either sign into your Cambridge United club shop account or to create one
  4. Once you are successfully logged in, fill out your payment details and your delivery option. . If you wish, you can also choose to have your purchase as a click and collect to our Shop with no additional delivery charges.
  5. Finally, confirm that all your details and products are correct and place your order. You should then receive an email confirmation.

Can I amend my order once its placed?

We aim to pick, pack and send off your orders as quickly as possible so in some cases, we may not be able to make any changes. Although, you are still welcome to contact us, and we may be able to help you. Contact us by email at shop@cambridge.co.uk . Please include your order number in any communication. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01223 566500. Our phone line is monitored Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation for my click and collect

Once you have placed your order for click and collect, you should receive an email confirmation. Additionally, you should later receive an email confirming that it is ready to collect once it has reached your chosen destination. However, if you do not receive these emails, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. Contact us by email at shop@cambridge.co.uk . Please include your order number in any communication. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01223 566500 between 9am-3pm throughout the week.

I have received a faulty item

We are sorry to hear this! If you find that your item is faulty, please contact us either by telephone, email or in-store and we will have this resolved as quickly as possible. When taking your item in-store, you will need to bring the original delivery note with you. When contacting us through email, ensure that you include your order number in all communication.
